Pay attention to the last nine draws.
What do you see? .....look closely!
Do you see what I see? Read the numbers....
1st: the digit "5" comes up most time (3X)
in the first position. 30% instead of 10%.
2nd: Pick 3 doubles come up more than
usual (4X)....44% of the time. Normally,
Pick 3 doubles represent only 27%.
3rd: Out of the doubles present, the "99"
has been drawn 2X....[399 & 989].
Create a number to PLAY based on this
information >>> "5" + "99" = "599"
