they complain that they see my System
working successfuly in other States'
Pick 3 Lotteries, but not in his or her
State. They want to KNOW....WHY?

I received such an email this week.
Their email tells me something about
them.....either they didn't purchase
my Pick 3 System and don't know
much about the System.

Or, they have purchased my System,
but they haven't learned it correctly yet.

As my website points out, and my book,

demonstrates with a one month example
from 2009 for every Pick 3 Lottery in the
world, it is a proven winning system
that is SUCCESSFUL everywhere.

Pick 3 players all have a reason to
think that their State's Pick 3 lottery
is harder to WIN than other State's
or Province's Pick 3 Lottery Game.

The email I received this week
was from a Daily 3 player in California.
The player claimed he saw my System
working in other States, but not
in CALIFORNIA.

I am always amused by these claims.
I researched and studied the
Pick 3 Lottery for over 15 years, and
I KNOW it is UNIVERSALLY SUCCESSFUL!

Often times, I go to the State which
the emailer is complaining about,
and randomly choose a week's worth
of Winning Pick 3 Numbers, in this case,
the CA Daily 3 and apply my System's
strategies and formulas as it is designed
to work to these winning numbers.

I randomly selected the week of Monday,
June 7, 2010 through Sunday, June 13,

(1) there are 7 out of 14
winners using my Pick 3 System,
and (2) all winners were created using
the same single STRATEGY. (3) There
are SIX STRAIGHT WINS and ONE BOX
WIN. (4) All WINS were produced in
four or less draws.

I hope you paid attention
