Tracking Sheet Of Strategy Based Winning Pick 3 System from Illinois Pick 3 Lottery
This unique Pick 3 System teaches players to see the connections from one Winning Number to the next Winning Number. By applying a Strategy to one winning number the player creates the next potential Winning Pick 3 Number to play.
When the player learns these Pick 3 Strategies and correctly makes these connections three (3) times or more he or she creates a GIVEAWAY NUMBER TO PLAY.
GIVEAWAY NUMBERS increase their chances of winning both from the number of opportunities that are created, for example 9/12 wins for a 75% winning percentage (see chart below) as well as improving the odds from 1,000 TO 1 down to 125 TO 1 for a Pick 3 Straight Win.

Terms:
Illinois Pick 3 Lottery = Name of specific State Lottery used in the Chart.
2012 = Year
Numbers = Actual drawn Pick 3 numbers
Notes = Recording of the results and connection information
6.7 = Date
MD = Midday Draw
EVE = Evening Draw
Strategy Win = A Win created with a correct Strategy applied to a previous winning basic number that creates a new winning basic number to be played.
1-Draw = represents the number of draws it took to create this winning result.
Strategy Win (3x) = the number of times the same basic number is created in the same order from previous winning basic numbers. It is also the definition of a GIVEAWAY NUMBER.
