I decided to compare the Daily Pick 4 midday and evening drawings and results of these three neighboring states from the period of February 1, 2009 through April 30, 2009.

To play a Straight ticket means that the player expects his/her four (4) chosen digits to come in the exact order of the drawn Pick 4, Win 4, or Big 4 numbers in their respective States.
The Pick 4 Lottery is a popular choice for professional lottery players because of payout of $5,000 for a $1 Straight Ticket Win.
